I really appreciated the sitter, stayed one hour after she arrived to watch how she will interact with the child and I was very happy, they bonded really well. She made sure the child was fed, entertained and had all this naps. I really loved it. I ran a bit late with 2 hours and she really understood I appreciated the help completely.

Kenya's first babysitting platform

How long before hand should I make my booking?

– At least 3 hours earlier for hourly or daily babysitting.
– At least two days early for sensory play and special needs children.
– A week earlier for a travel babysitter.
– A week earlier for events minding.Nonetheless, you can make an emergency booking but there will be extra transport charges.

Do you have monthly package?

Yes, we do have a monthly package.

Does the charges include transport expenses?
Uber transport for bookings earlier than 6am and past 11pm Emergency booking (less than 1½ hours).
Extra Ksh. 200 for bookings four hours or less.
All travel expenses for a travel babysitter.
 
 
Do you care for special needs children?
Yes we do, however booking should be made at least two days earlier to get a special needs experienced sitter.
How to book a babysitter
Click on the “Book now” tab. Then fill in the details and requirements, which includes your WhatsApp number to receive the Babysitter’s profile and contact information.  Additionally you can contact us through call/Whatsapp/dms on all our social pages.
 
Do we have a daycare centre?

We are not a daycare centre. We are a platform that connects parent’s with our babysitters who will take care of your children in your preferred location and time.

Will l know anything about my Bubble babysitter before they arrive?
We will provide you with
their profile.
Who are the babysitters?
Bubble babysitters are Kenyan ladies who;
 
– Have undergone mandatory background checks.
-Are first aid and CPR trained.
– Have experience in childcare.
– With referrals from families they have worked for.
 
Can the babysitter care for newborns?
Our babysitters have experience in caring
for children from newborn until 15 years old.
However, we require parents guidance for the first couple of hours for babies below 6 months, the
parents guidance for the first couple of
hours or first day of booking in order to
ensure the babysitter is familiar with your
preferred ways and attention you expect for
your baby. How 
Are we assigned the same babysitter each time we need one or does it change everytime?

You may request your preferred babysitter when making a booking. We will check your preferred babysitter’s availability and communicate accordingly.

 

What is your assurance of the safety of my child(ren) ?
At Bubble Babysitters, the safety and well-being of your child(ren) are our top priorities. We understand the trust you place in us and we take that responsibility seriously. We ensure their safety through a number of ways. 
1. By thorough screening of our babysitters, background checks, interviews and reference verifications.
2. Training and certification; all our babysitters are first Aid and CPR trained.
3. Secure environment at all times whether it’s during playtime, snack time or naptimes and we adhere to all safety standards to minimize potential risks.

4.Emergency protocols, our team are well trained to respond quickly and appropriately in any unexpected situation.
